The tour itinerary, including rides and routes, is subject to change based on weather conditions, route closures, participants' physical condition, and safety considerations.
Participants CANCELATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your trip: We know that things can happen and if you wish to cancel please be aware of our cancellation policy below: If you cancel for any reason at least 90 days prior to the start date of the tour, you will receive a refund of 100% of all monies paid. If you cancel less than 90 days prior to the start date of the tour but more than 45 days prior to the start date of the tour, you will receive a refund of all monies paid up to 70% of the price of the Tour.
If you cancel your tour within 45 days or less from the start date of the tour, you will not be eligible for a refund and will therefore forfeit all monies paid.
Peakspal, cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including, bad weather, natural disasters, terrorism, personal emergencies, or any other personal reason.

transferable pOLICY
Peakspal Tour registrations are transferable.
pEAKSPAL cANCELATION POLICY
Peakspal also reserves the right to cancel any tour if the safety of our participants or crew should be compromised. In the event of cancellation, Peakspal, LLC will not be responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs. In this case, a refund of payments received by Peakspal will constitute the full and final settlement. We strongly encourage all participants to buy travel insurance for complete coverage.
